Product pictures are for reference only. Lighting and screens may cause slight color differences. We always try our best to keep them minimal.

🌸 Quality Check

All items are checked before shipping. Small issues such as minor wrinkles/dots (≤ 3cm), slightly uneven stitching, or loose threads are normal in clothing production and do not affect wear. These are not considered defects and cannot be returned/exchanged.

🌸 Size Info

We focus on affordable fashion. Our products may not be 100% like luxury brands, but they are carefully made with love. If you expect perfection, please consider before placing an order.

🌸 Business StylePlease check the size chart carefully before ordering. Since items are handmade, a 1–4 cm difference is normal and not a defect.  

Therefore bought the wrong size as return reason will not be accepted

 About Pre-Orders

We’ll always let you know the expected delivery date before pre-orders start 💌 Once you place a pre-order, it means you’re happy to wait until then. Refunds can’t be requested just because of the waiting time (as long as we ship within the promised period).

🌸 Returns/Exchanges

    •    Only accepted for major defects or wrong items sent.

    •    Requests must be made within [3 days] of receiving the order.

    •    Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

    •    For ur mistakes, postage is paid by us.

Refund

Product sold online are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Refunds or exchanges are only granted if the following criteria is met 

• The Item was defective and/or physical damaged upon receiving
• Received the wrong product(s)

For any return request that fall under the below category will not be considered:

• Product colors differ from those seen on the device display
• There may be 1-4cm measuring deviation due to manual measurement. 
• Small issues such as minor wrinkles (≤ 3cm), slightly uneven stitching, or loose threads are normal in clothing production and do not affect wear.

The owner reserves the right to refuse a refund request if the customer fails to ship the returned item within the validity period.

Only regular priced items may be refunded and sale items cannot be refunded. 

The approval for return must be obtained by EL Wardrobe.

EL Wardrobe will not accept returns without prior mutual agreement between customer and shop owner. To return a damaged items, please Whatsapp us at 011-1618 7958.

EL Wardrobe reserves the rights to not accept any return requests which does not meet our standard return policy. All return and exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by ELWardrobe. we reserve the sole right to determine whether a product meets the eligibility criteria for return or exchange.

Delivery

Subject to stock availability, the ready-stock items will be fulfilled within 1-3 business days, of when the completed order is received and payment is completed.

There may be a stock discrepancy (pre-order / backorder items) and we will not able to fulfill all your item at time of purchase. You can choose either to process in-stock items or wait for pre-orders to arrive and ship at once.

Orders shipped via Poslaju are estimated to be delivered within 1-3 business days for Peninsular Malaysia and 2-5 business days for East Malaysia (this does not apply to pre-orders or items that are stated as backordered)

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the quantity and destination of the items in the order. Shipping costs are as below:
