Subject to stock availability, the ready-stock items will be fulfilled within 1-3 business days, of when the completed order is received and payment is completed.
There may be a stock discrepancy (pre-order / backorder items) and we will not able to fulfill all your item at time of purchase. You can choose either to process in-stock items or wait for pre-orders to arrive and ship at once.
Orders shipped via Poslaju are estimated to be delivered within 1-3 business days for Peninsular Malaysia and 2-5 business days for East Malaysia (this does not apply to pre-orders or items that are stated as backordered)

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the quantity and destination of the items in the order. Shipping costs are as below:
|RM14 for 1-3 items, RM19 for 4-6 items, each of subsequent after 6 items, RM2 will be charged per item added
|1-6 items: RM61
7-12 items: RM72
13-18 items: RM83
Additional shipping costs will be applied for separate shipments. For instance, there will be two charges for separately shipping of in-stock and pre-ordered items.
Product sold online are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Refunds or exchanges are only granted if the following criteria is met
- The Item has not been received by Buyer
- The Item was defective and/or physical damaged upon receiving
- Received the wrong product(s)
For any return request that fall under the below category will not be considered:
- Product colors differ from those seen on the device display
- There may be 1-3cm measuring deviation due to manual measurement. Therefore bought the wrong size as return reason will not be accepted
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.
Returns must be done within three (3) working days of the refund request being granted. The owner reserves the right to refuse a refund request if the customer fails to ship the returned item within the validity period.
Only regular priced items may be refunded and sale items cannot be refunded.
Postage is to be borne by the customer in the event of an exchange or return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The approval for return must be obtained by EL Wardrobe.
